PSquare and D’banj, two Nigerian music superstars, collaborated in London, and fans can’t stop raving about it.
Twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye held their first concert in the United Kingdom in five years on Wednesday, September 21.
The Nigerian pair, who have dominated the African music landscape for decades, performed at the Royal Albert Hall in one of the best displays ever seen.
D’banj, who is well-known for his stagecraft, also performed during the music duo’s show. He swept the audience away on a musical high, connecting with them in his typical lighthearted manner.
In a viral video, the twin brothers can be seen chatting with the Kokomaster backstage after their spectacular London gig.
Peter Okoye took advantage of the occasion to tell the press about how, in the early days of the Nigerian pop and afrobeat industries, they all supported each other without competition.
In his own words;
“WHEN WE STARTED, WE NO DEY BEEF EACH OTHER, WE SUPPORTED EACH OTHER”
